The Tracker SOM would fit my needs, but most of my clients probably would not want to use the tracking feature. Is it also possible to get it with the basic device cloud for 2.99/mo?

It is not currently possible to use the Tracker SoM hardware as a regular non-tracker device with the lower data limit and not using the tracker feature.
