Hi there

Help please…
I receive my 2x Tachyon devices the end of July and I still haven’t been able to connect to them fully it!
After following Particle “install-setup” instructions “many” times; to date there’s No or limited connection 1 Tachyon unit. My dilemma is mainly, seemingly because of driver problem connecting with Windows!
Details:
I come here After trying “Everything” and even Grok helped try Everything and then Grok ref me to here! (I have a Very long thread with Grok
1st it took me weeks to install the particle CLI (properly), (then I discovered the Win installer)
I’ve attempted installs on 2 Windows laptops (Win 10 Pro and on Win 10 Home)
Zagdig places a “unrecognizable driver” (that had to be del every time) in the ”Other” category of Dev Mgr (Zagdig is useless!)
then after finding / downloading the presumably correct driver (9008) from the QC site
QDLoader HS-USB Driver_64bit_Setup (R-clic as Admin to install)
Win doesn’t like it (gold triangle) on both platforms!
So then later I (Grok) discovered how to enter “Reboot / Shift” to enter advance OS (F7) to remove the “signature” so it Removes “Golden Triangle”.
I bought a New USB-C data cable (same O results) just to be sure of a good connection
Then one-time (weeks ago “by Fluke” it somewhat connected and proceeded to run setup where after completed I get the “breathing green” but the Particle dashboard doesn’t acknowledge any connection as of now.
I’m now trying to do the same with the 2nd Tachyon… same drill! No Go… so Grok quit and pointed me here
Please Help me / provide guidance to resolve this connection issue.
Thank you
