Posting this here because I cam not sure which other category it should be in...
I recently placed an order which took a really long time to show up. It partially looks like a shipping thing but also looks like it wasn't sent out for quite some time. I have shipped to this address before in just a few days.
In general I am wondering if the team has considered distributing through Amazon. I was ordering for my stock but occasionally a lighting strike or other site damage has required me to buy a new unit quickly.
Again, this wasn't a huge issue for me but just wanted the team to have feedback on delivery speed for at least some of these orders.
