Factory reset, connect and get online
That’s exactly what I did, but it did not work . What else can I do?. There is someway to ask a replacement?
I have often had similar issues connecting to wireless networks, getting stuck on green even when using exactly the same router in exactly the same configuration but a new location (stored settings in the Spark Core, not even trying to configure it for the network with the app). Usually it can be solved for me by just trying every channel until one works (educated guesses using a wifi scanning app on a smartphone can make this more efficient). I guess it just doesn’t handle interference well, it’s incredibly annoying and happens every time I move to a new location. I have hope the new wifi chip on the Photon will solve this problem!
