Just received my electron, can’t activate it. Setup page icon just keeps spinning. I’ve read other people’s topics about this and none of the help suggestions have worked. Tried the app it does nothing. Submitted a support request yesterday, no response. Could somebody give me a hand please?

Can you tell where in the setup is it failing?
it is resolved. support responded, suggested I try a different browser. Used IE and it worked.
