I submitted a ticket for this 5 days ago and have not heard back. I do not see many posts on SIM activation for the electron, so there may be something simple that I am not doing correctly.
I followed the instructions to activate the SIM card, but nothing happens when using the Particle app to “Subscribe & Activate” your sim. No email, nothing.
What are the troubleshooting steps to get the SIM activated?
Yup, that was it. I could not activate the SIM through the app, had to be on the web site. Once activated, it took 2 times to register the device with the cloud. Looks good now.
