[SOLVED] Cannot access SIM CARD


I have three Electrons that I’ve been using for a while now (6+ months). I am able to view/ set data limit for just one of the SIM cards. My other 2 SIM cards have just been paused as they exceeded the data limit today (3/27). I was trying to increase the limit but I can’t view/ access these SIM cards anywhere on Particle’s console.

Tabs checked: My Devices, Billing, SIM Card, Products - I can view only one SIM in the SIM Cards tab

Those two SIMs are product SIMs, you need to look in Products - Your Product - SIMs.


When I try to access the “Product” I get:

There was a problem accessing your product. Please try again later.

This is the same message I get each time I try to access it.

FIXED. Had to create an empty product in order to be able to access the product my paused SIM cards were integrated with. phew!
