Particle sim cards recognized as 3rd party

So I’ve recently been having an issue with Particle issued sim card (8934075500003161321). The sim card has reached it’s data limit and when I went to the console to check it out I was unable to find it.

I have a product (7055) that now shows one of my electrons in quarantine, the same one that has the sim card of issue. The console / Particle gives the message when looking at the sim data usage within the device’s page:

COULD NOT FETCH INFORMATION ON THIS SIM

This SIM may be from 3rd party provider. Data usage is not visible for non-Particle SIMs.
This SIM may be owned by a Particle user. The owner can view its data usage by visiting their SIMs page.
This SIM may be owned by a different product. Approved team members can view its data usage by visiting the SIMs page for that Product.

I also have a sim card (8934076500002602381) that will not connect to the internet (always blinking green) and give the dame 3rd party message as the sim card above.

does anyone know what’s up with this?

I believe this was taken care of via a support ticket.

It was more pointing out me not knowing how to get around the console. Thanks for all of the help
