Hello,
As the title says I ran setup twice, why you may ask? I did a goof.
The web says activating sim, has been for awhile now.
What should I do?
Thanks for the support.

Hey raider007!
Welcome to the forums and don't worry! You can run setup 100 times and it should work just as well each time
Some questions to help debug!
journalctl -u particle-tachyon-rild --no-pager >> log.txt
can you run "particle-tachyon-ril-ctl esim status" and dump the output here?
can you run "particle-tachyon-rild sim" and dump the output here?
It can take a while to download and activate the eSIM, but its possible there is something blocking the eSIM as well, so we'd love to take a look!
I've put these onto the docs for debugging as well!
Thanks
Nick
Hi,
Sent the log!

Thanks raider007!
Good news - the eSIM is installed and active. We'll look first thing tomorrow at the SIM logs and check what is going on here.
Which country did you select or are located in?
Thanks!
Nick.
Awesome!
I have selected NA or United States when setting up the tachyon.
Did you manage to resolve this? I've just recived my Tachyon today and it doesn't want to Cellular either. I'm in the UK.
When running particle-tachyon-rild sim
it says
particle-tachyon-ril already running in another process, waiting for it to finish...
Yeah, I faced thesame issue: this command is not working when the rild service is running (I have sent some feedback on the eSIM setup guide with that issue and others as well).
That being said this command is also unnecessary to complete the setup, so you can skip over it. It also seems that the eSIM setup guide was just completely updated and no longer has that command.
Are you talking about provisioning a custom ESIM? I'm still trying to get the default one working.
Ah, sorry, yes, I didn’t catch that.
