Is anyone else having problems with receiving an order? I ordered a Particle PI starter kit on 21 November and have heard nothing. There has been no shipping confirmation. After complaining, I did receive a nice e-mail with a ticket number (your ticket ID is 36216) but still no real information as to where my order is.

I see that Mel has already responded to your ticket, but just a reminder, the Particle Pi’s ships in 2 to 4 weeks with arrival before Christmas. You can see that mentioned on the store below.
