Photon is not working!

Hello everyone …

I am using the particle photon and it was working very well ,

Today i plugged the particle wifi to my laptop and was blinking RED for seconds and now is not blinking at all ,

Could any tell me what am i supposed to do ??

Can you place the device in safe Mode?

Also, can you try using another USB power supply?
