Particle mesh order canceled?

So Ijust got an email at 530 tonight on Nov 1, saying particle had an issue with my credit card and it needed to be updated by Oct 30 (2 days ago) or my order would be canceled.

So my question is, did my order get canceled?
If so, why didn’t I get an email 4 days ago asking me to update my information then?

Your order has not yet been canceled, but be sure to update your credit card information as soon as possible. If you’re having trouble doing so, you should create a support ticket.
