Did not get an invoice

This is a request for my invoice on particle mesh preorders.

Have your credit card been charged yet?


I received an email but, it was not an invoice. Was this directed towards me personally or all Particle pre-orders who didn’t get an invoice?

The problem of not receiving an invoice for the mesh pre-order charges is fairly widespread. As mentioned in the “everything you want to know about shipping” thread, just submit a support ticket here and they will send you an invoice. They were very responsive to my request and I had it within an hour.


Yep! @ninjatill is correct. Just submit a ticket and we’ll get you that invoice.

Thanks everyone! I was able to get it squared away. I got my invoice, and I can’t wait for my products!
