I've been trying to switch my Blox argon cellular hardware on but somehow it's telling me that my hardware is offline I've already looked at the tutorial's but my device isn't even being discoverable at all I've tried reset it an all but nothing seems to fix my issue and I didn't want to buy another one for no reason.
You may want to provide a little more detail. What device do you have? You mentioned argon and cellular... Argon is the WiFi version of gen3 it is NOT cellular capable. The Boron Gen3 device is cellular. Which one is it? What is the status RGB doing? Have you tried device doctor?
I'd recommend giving Device restore or Device doctor a try:
Would be helpful if you provided the RGB status LED or serial log files to understand what is happening.
