Particle electron setup firmware problem

Hi All,

i bought 2 particle electrons, and i have problem with the setup, i have done this before many times, however now these two from the box seems not working well, please see the pictures

i had to add this particle manually cause just it keep saying retry when i use cloud so i choose from CLI and cmd and it does accept it but as you can see from the picture firmware unknown and it keep flashing the three colors.

i can flash any Example apps (blink and led) and it does accept it but still flashing the the three colors

anyone have seen this before?
