After power up: LED flashes green for about 40 seconds, then breathes white for about 3 seconds, then flashes green again. This repeats in perpetuity. I confirmed battery power, antenna connection and SIM property inserted. I used the Particle electron utility tool to manually connect to particle server and this worked. But, when I flashed the base f/w back to the electron, I got the same problem. Any ideas?

Can you place the device in DFU mode and run particle update then see if the electron connects successfully?
