Order Charged, not shipped?

I’m having trouble understanding the purchasing process of particle.

  1. I placed more order on September 1.
  2. I recieved confirmation that my
    card was charged on September 3. It was said that I would recieve a tracking number in 2 days.
  3. As of Sept 9, I have as of yet to recieve any
    shipping confirmation or tracking code. I can assure you, it is not in my spam folder.

Is this being shipped?

It looks as though your Photon is actually out for delivery right now. Not sure why you did not receive this info! I’ll PM it to you.
