Not able to install Android on Tachyon

Hi, I tried installing Android on Tachyon but its not booting up. Tried both from cli command directly and also via cli+downloaded android from docs. I dont know how to debug whats going on. Without battery: Light flashes green then goes to red in a couple of seconds. With battery: Green → Blue → Green. Tachyon site not showing connection to the device.

Same device works fine on Linux.

I believe that the Android build does not include any Particle services, so it won't show up in the Particle console.

I believe that Android currently behaves the same as Linux prior to 24.04 release v1.1.32 or 20.04 release v.1.0.180, that is to say a battery or 5V IN will be required when using USB PD or CDP power.
