Tachyon wont boot without battery

Hi,

I just received my Tachyon, installed the desktop OS, and it booted up normally.
However, after shutting it down and unplugging the battery, it no longer boots.

When I try to power it on without the battery, the green LED starts blinking, and the red LED near the battery connector lights up and then begins blinking. After about 20 seconds, the device shuts down.

If I plug the battery back in, it boots again without issues.

Reading the docs about the battery, it can be ALSO be powered by a battery, not required

Could you help me understand what’s going on?

It's in the documentation. There is an issue with it booting without the battery which they are currently working on correcting.
