@stefanmoraru Just to be clear I am referring to the devices under a product page: /console.particle.io/product/devices and not the all devices page!
The devices under a product page field sorting works for device ID, Firmware and Last Handshake but NOT Name - so this is a bug!

I think what is circled in red should read devicename:fluffy-penguin instead.
