I recently set up a new Boron (around three days ago) and it still won’t connect to cellular. I’ve tried deactivating and reactivating the SIM, flashing tinker over usb, and switching antennas with one I know works from another Boron. Using the device doctor, one of the logs shows the device is stuck in ‘registration denied’. What is going on here?
Can you share the logs from Cloud Debug | Troubleshooting | Particle and the device details in a PM please. Also which country the device is in.
Denied usually means the SIM is deactivated, or in rare cases, banned from the network.
