Boron - stuck flashing green

I have a Boron running 3.0.0 that has been operating without issues for several months. This AM 06/15/21, it lost power. From that time forward, it will not connect to the Cloud. I downloaded Rick’s cellular debugger and got these results:

It appears to me that the SIM is no longer registered - is this correct?

The console show that the SIM for the device is activated.

What are the steps to solve this?

Thank you.

Is your SIM an Ethersim? I too have a couple disconnected Borons using EtherSIM.

Yes, I believe that it is.

There is an ongoing incident involving devices using EtherSIM. LTE devices should have recovered, but 2G/3G devices are still impacted. Please follow the status page at status.particle.io for more information.

Sorry to say my LTE device has not recovered at this time 15:14 PDT. The trace shows the same information.

I also have an LTE device that has not recovered… should I send an email to Particld support? It came back online at 6pm and is offline again now.

20:00 PDT — All my EtherSIM based LTE Boron are still down. The old style SIM based LTE Borons are all running just fine. There has been no update on the situation from Particle since 18:30 so who know what is going on and what the expectations might be. They have now removed the details that were available earlier in the day from the status page.

Hi @Jibeset and @hwestbrook ,

Apologies on today’s outage. EtherSIM connectivity is not 100% operational yet.

I will continue to update here and on status.particle.io.

We appreciate your patience and understanding, as this outage is being resolved.

Hi @Jibeset and @hwestbrook,

The EtherSIM disconnectivity is progressively recovering. We are monitoring and will provide updates accordingly.

My device seems to have recovered.

Will there be root cause analysis?

Hi @hwestbrook - we intend to provide a postmortem for this issue as soon as we can.
