I have a Boron that for the past months has held a stable connection and has run with no issues. Then on September 16, 2024 it lost connectivity and since will flash green and never connect. I've read similar forum entries and tried Device Doctor and Particle CLI over a USB connection.
It appear to be the internal SIM is no longer registered to my account. Any assistance on possible next steps in troubleshooting are appreciated.
Below is an image from SIM ICCID lookup where it indicates the SIM is not in my account.
It's OK if the SIM is in a product; that screenshot is normal. Go into that product and into the SIM cards tab to make sure it's active.
Getting a debug log is the next step to see exactly why the device will not connect.
@rickkas7
As you suspected, the SIM appears to be active. See below.
Attached is a debug log for this device that is constantly flashing green and will not connect. This is after it had been working fine in the same location for several months. Also, I have another boron on the same desk that is working fine so I know the cellular environment is adequate.
I appreciate you responding over the holiday and am grateful for your review of the log and any guidance you can provide.
Thanks,
Gil

Since your device appears to be a Boron LTE manufactured in 2018, this could be caused either by TAN001 or TAN004. Unfortunately there is no way to repair a device in this state.
