I’ve already submitted a ticket but a device that had been publishing data out in the field for days is now unabled to connect (likely after a battery running out of power). The LTE Boron is blinking green and after running the clouddebug tool I get logs that seem to indicate a bricked modem (I’ll post these as a comment). From what I’ve seen on this forum, this was a common failure about a year ago but was supposedly resolved. So my questions are as follows:
- Can somone confirm from logs that I’ve correctly identified the issue?
- Is anyone else seeing this issue with Device OS 2.0.1?
- Is there a way to recover a device’s modem in this state?
- How can I prevent this from happening to devices out in the field?
