Does this connector have a 1mm or 2mm spacing?
Where can I find the layout of the pins for finding compatible batteries?

It uses the same connector as the M.2 SoM breakout board, a 3-pin JST-PH (2mm). It's basically the same connector as the 2-pin batteries, but with one more pin.
The arrangement of the pins is here and the pack thermistor is a 10K NTC thermistor connected to GND.
The Muon versions that include a battery have a single 3100 mAh 18650 cylindrical battery.
