I have 2 of the exact same LTE e-series (OS 1.0.1) devices with the same firmware in the exact same location. One device has a stable consistent connection white the other device has an inconsistent connection (connects then disconnects).
Both devices are using the exact same firmware. And report having an RSSI of around -79.
@BDub Do you have any ideas about why this behavior is happening. I can PM you the device IDs. Is there a way to reset the SIM?
When we were using Twilio SIMs they provided a way to remotely reset SIMs when we saw issues like this. I’m not sure what the reset did in the background but it seemed to help.
