Lost Serial Port?

Hi Guys,

I’ve suddenly lost my serial connection… it was all good and working a few days ago… no changes done. tried a few different cables, no luck device won’t show up under hardware/usb either (i’m on a macbook pro running mavericks) … i can connect an arduino through the serial without issues … any ideas?

Try another USB port and also place the core in Listening Mode (press the Mode button till the core blinks blue).

You should be able to refresh the COM ports in CoolTerm (if you are using) and see if it gets listed.
