The best way to learn anything electronics-related is to start with a project! What sorts of things are you interested in building? The Particle Hackster is a great resource/source of inspiration, as is the Particle Blog. There's not just one right direction here, there are dozens, which can make it hard to know where to start. The Particle docs are an excellent resource as well, when you're working on a project you'll likely reference them often.
