Having trouble Build.Particle.io claiming device on Redbear

I need help. I have breath cyan on Redbear duo and unable to accept device id on build.particle.io.
My device number is: 1c0052000xxxxxxxxxx63332
Mac Terminal.
$ screen /dev/tty.usbmodemXXXXX

I did “v”. “i”, and" w"
system firmware version: 0.2.4

I copied and paste 1c0052000xxxxxxxxxx63332 on Build.Particle.io
unable to claim device. Any ideas?

Can you try CLI

particle device add <yourDeviceID>

this might give you some extra info on the reason why the claim fails.

If that still doesn’t work, you might need to get the device re-provisioned by RedBear.
Or any of these threads might bare some hints
