Unboxing redbear duo. No instruction/setup to Particle.io?

I got new redbear duo. Newbie.
Exciting. :smiley: I turn on Mac OS Sierra. I plug in – Got blue led flashing just like Particle Core.
Free --> Particle.io <— Cloud Service, Awesome !!! :heart_eyes:

That’s all?!? This is worst setup instruction I ever seen. There is no RedBear Duo on andriod app.
I felt like I’m lost at the sea.

Does anyone have easy youtube video how to setup Redbear duo and able to connect build.particle.io?

When tried: Using iOS/Android App

After these steps, the device doesn’t breathe cyan.

RGB Behaviour:
cyan flash
cyan rapid flash
red rapid flash
green rapid flash
cyan flash again
(loops again and again)

When tried: Using Serial Terminal

How to make it breathing cyan?

With current device status:
Can I use it with Arduino IDE?
Can I use it with Particle’s Web IDE?

Kind of lost here… Help me!

But this seems to be a keys and/or privisioning issue - which (again) is best treated by RedBear.
