Flashing: Times out-- but it works!

Kind of a trivial problem, in a way, but a little unnerving.

If I flash one of my Photons* it “times out” but then goes on to work just fine.

Any ideas?!

  • This Photon is running an MQTT client - not sure how relevant if at all that is.

If you put the Photon into Safe mode and then flash it, does it do the same thing?

I have seen that behavior a couple times, but I don’t remember what devices it happened on.
