Electron with SIM Card is no longer connecting

Recently re-activated my Electron as well as the SIM card. It activated successfully; however, after adding in my Boron device successfully, I had to run the setup on the Electron again no longer connects only blinks Fast Green. It feels like something is up with the SIM card. It was last used in 2021, and shows active in my Console.

How do I get assistance to get this resolved to bring the device online?

The best option is to use the Web device doctor to flash troubleshooting firmware to the device and get a debug log to determine what exactly is failing.

There does not appear to be a Particle account with the same email used in this forum so I could not check the SIM status.

Also, which model of Electron? Is this an Electron 2G/3G with a physical SIM card or an Electron LTE (ELC402 or ELC404)? And what country are you in? If you are in the United States or Canada, it's likely that the ELC310 (or Electron U260) will no longer be able to connect due to the 2G/3G sunset.
