My electron is currently breathing white indicating that the cellular connection is off and I cant get it to connect. I tried resetting the device by unplugging the battery and USB and plugging back in but the same thing happens. I’ve tried running the device doctor but get a message saying “The Doctor did not complete successfully. undefined” after getting to the 4th step resetting server and device keys.
Have you tried Safe Mode (usually the first step before “doctoring” 
)?
Are you using Particle or 3rd party SIM?
I tried that but got the flashing cyan light and nothing happened after that. I ended up solving it by just skipping all of the steps in the device doctor process that I had already done and that managed to fix it.
