Device in quarantine - can't approve

I try to approve my device in quarantine and get this message:

Bummer! No devices were added to your product. Please double check the device IDs are correct and try again

Interestingly, I added my device earlier and it was showing up twice in the product device list.

This is in the console. I’ve tried to do it through the Cloud API as well.

Any suggestions?

There appears to be a small number of devices that have problematic data in the database that prevents them from being released from quarantine. If you create a support ticket with your device ID(s) that you’re trying to add and the product ID you’re trying to add the device to the problem can be fixed from the cloud side.

This was fixed after a support ticket was submitted.

I’m having the exact same problem.
Problematic data in the database is still an issue, evidently.
Support ticket requested.
