We have a product created and we weren’t able to obtain the Device IDs in advance for our PCBs (new supplier next time!), so we are forced to use auto-accept. However, for some reason, since lately, boards that have our firmware manually loaded on them (over USB DFU) are not being auto-accepted and are being quarantined, which is bad because on first device setup, it is unable to communicate with the cloud / or web app and fails to register properly. Is there a way to fix this setting? Has something changed? It used to work fine.
Hey @osmosys - our Tech Support team will want to look at this. Mind creating a ticket (support.particle.io) that gives us a full statement of the issue, your Product ID, and a few Device IDs that are failing to auto-accept?
