Code isn't flashing to boron

Hello,
I am struggling in flashing the code to boron, boron’s LED indicate that it’s in connected mode, but flashing the code give unsuccessfull flash and the flash/status =failed. So what’s your suggestion for this problem.
I am still new to mesh network and particle devices.

Are you using WEBIDE or workbench?
if WebIDE, have you tried putting the Boron in safe mode?
