Circuit Board Identification for Photon

Hi everyone!
I have a client that is using a Particle Photon device to control their entry and exit doors to their facility. Long story short, the client wants to add two more of these devices in his office; however, the person that originally handled the hardware is no longer around. I am hoping someone can assist me with identifying the type of circuit board in use. Below is a picture of the circuit board in question. The client has a few spare Photons around and also has someone that is handling the programming (the original programmer actually). The problem is I have no idea where this circuit board came from or how to go about obtaining one (I am afraid it may be a one-off design?). Thank you for your help everyone !
EDIT: I did remove the PCB to check the back for any identification markings but unfortunately there is nothing.

Unfortunately; that’s a DIY circuit board, possibly etched by hand since it appears to be a single layer board. I’m assuming bare copper on the bottom?

It should be trivial to recreate as it’s likely something like 24/12V in and a regulator to feed the Particle device 5V (circuit below the photon) it appears a MosFET is driving the relay.

PCB’s are dirt cheap these days and a competent EE can knock that out for you in two days + update it to support the new Photon 2 devices.

Hi @vwco11 -

I would be happy to see whether I can assist. Would it be possible to remove the board and send a photo of the bottom side? If you prefer you can send me a direct message.

As @no1089 mentioned, this seems to be a custom PCB so there will be cost to redesign, based on the complexity of the board. Fortunately it seems no to be very complex

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks for the responses everyone! @no1089, I was afraid this was going to be the case  I am 90% sure the bottom was bare copper when I looked at it, but I will confirm.

@friedl_1977 , I will remove the board and take another pic of the bottom later today and will send you a DM.

Thanks again everyone!

I apologize but I can't figure out how to send a DM (I may be restricted since I just joined ?). Anyways, here are a few more pictures including some pictures of the 6 wire connector cable. I also included pictures of a separate box that was providing power to the circuit board.
The Photon controls/manages the following components:

  1. Maglock for the door
  2. Motion sensor (disables the maglock when someone walks under it)
  3. Crash bar sensor (disables the mag lock when someone pushes on the door handle/bar)
  4. Push button exit (I believe this is required by fire code as an emergency bypass of some sort. It's a green button that says "push to exit").

Regarding the enclosure box, I believe I have found that here: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Hammond-Manufacturing/1591CFLBK?qs=MwrRT%252BN4KLZZRY8XVpjhag%3D%3D

Here are some pics. thanks so much for your help!

Here are the final 2 pictures of the other end of the connector cable

Hi @vwco11 -

Thanks. I sent you a DM, let me know if you have trouble finding it
