I have a Photon 2 that was associated with accoynt A. I unclaimed it from account A and went to claim it by account B. Went through the web setup tool until I got to "Organize" step, at which time I get this error: *Another account already owns this device. Ask the owner to release the device before continuing". The device does not show up in any of the three accounts that I manage.
This seems to be a common issue, but none of the solutions I have so far found here have helped me resolve it. Might this issue require the mysterious "release" function that only someone at Particle can execute? If so, the serial number is P051AF42006521C.
