As has happened to me before, an attempt to transfer a Photon 2 from one account to another cannot be completed because it has not been released from the original account even though I did unclaim it. Can someone at Partical release it for me. Serial Number P051AF4200651FC
The problem was that the device still belonged to a product in the old account. I removed it, but in the future if you need to move a device from an account make sure you both remove from a product and unclaim it before you add it to the new account.
Ah HA. Sorry, Rick, that I was not aware of the need to remove it from a product (don't even know what that means, but I'll figure it out).
