Can't pair New Xenon's with Argon from bundle

I got my bundle Friday and I was able to get the Argon setup via the Mobile App on my Pixel 2 XL. When I try to add either of the Xenon’s that came in the kit, the app just sits and spins @ the “Pairing with your Xenon” screen in the app. I have followed the directions, scanned the sticker on the Xenon, selected the mesh network, and then scanned the sticker on the Argon… but no success! Frustrating. I was hoping to work on these over the holiday.

Is the Argon in listening mode (blinking blue) when the app says “Pairing with your Xenon” ? It should…
