Can't claim Particle Core device

Hello,

So I am trying to claim my device with its ID, but the website is telling me “Could not claim core”. My device is flashing blue, which I heard is a network connectivity problem, but I am not sure how to resolve it.

@mohammedmidhat, are you using a Core or a new Photon. Is the device flashing blue or cyan (light blue). If it is blue then it means the Core/Photon is waiting for WiFi setup.

Thank you for the reply. Yes, it is flashing blue and it is a Core device. So What should I do for the WiFi setup then?

Worked successfully and I was able to flash it with code over-the-air successfully. Thank you, I appreciate it.
