Cannot connect to core at all (USB). Flashing White LED all the time

Hello I have read that some other users have had the same issue of the LED flashing white continuously. I have tried the resolutions that spark has recommended but they have not worked for me.

Note: The core stayed in flashing white LED mode when I first powered it. It has never worked correctly. It did flash yellow when I tried the resets.

What options do I have now?

Hi @Argorob, it sounds like you may have a bad Core; please email hello at spark dot io and we can send you a replacement.
