I have been trying to edit code in Safari on an iPad. The problem is I can’t scroll the code. Does anyone else have problems using build.particle.io on an iPad?

Other than it probably not being the best experience you can get, you should be able to scroll if you try the far right side of the screen.

On an iPad Pro its OK.

So scrolling works on the far right. Any tips on using cursor keys and selecting blocks of code to copy and paste?

Alternatively just downloading the script to edit in nano than uploading again would work nicely

You could use a SSH app on your iPad and do your code editing on a server and then use particle-cli to flash firmware.
