Borons with old device OS won't update over-the-air on Product

I’ve recently started moving a fleet of Borons over to the Product. All of my devices with device OS >=1.1 have updated to the firmware I’ve put on the product (as well as the latest device OS) within a day or so. But I have three devices with a device OS version earlier than that (2 at version 0.8.0-rc.25, 1 at version 0.9.0), and none of these have successfully gotten updated to the latest firmware.

After reading this post, I tried locking one of the devices to my firmware, and it ended up going offline, so that doesn’t seem like a good option.

Does anyone know what’s going on here?

Hi @mnotarangelo - would you mind opening up a support ticket for this case? I suspect that the issue will require us to dig deep into these Device IDs to get a sense of what’s going on.
