Why when you remove a boron from a product does it not release the sim? Why do I even need to worry about the SIMs since they are built in?
I'm having to remove 100 of the 402s and reprep my product to use the 200 404x modules I have. I had to remove each boron one at a time by hand. Now I'm having to release all the SIMS one by one also?
The Device Remove Tool will take care of optionally removing from a product, unclaiming, and releasing SIMs. It takes a file of Device IDs.
If you don't have a file containing the Device IDs, you can use the List Devices Tool.
