Boron Setup Not Working

Just received a Boron and having a little problem setting it up.
I have setup other Boron's before using the mobile app but this time I am using the part.cl/setup-boron404x. I connect to my pc/usb as indicated but it continues to just blink green. Made sure antenna is correct.

I tried other Boron to make sure I had connectivity and no problem with other Boron's I have.

Is there something pc my PC/windows11 I need?

Can you send screenshots of what step in the setup tool you are getting stuck at? Or are you able to get all the way through the setup tool and your Boron is still blinking green after waiting for the SIM card to activate?

thanks for the reply but I figured out my problem. My USB port was not working correctly. Once I got that fix I was able to finish the setup correctly.
