Boron - Claim Device But SIM Card Not Showing Up


I claimed my Boron last night and I do see it in my list of devices (from the URL below).

However, I do not see the SIM card registered as in my account (from the link below)

I have claimed and activated 3 Borons last week and they all have an associated SIM card in my account.

What can I do to verify if the SIM card has been activated for my new Boron?


Any clues?
I think we need Team Particle to step in on this one.

Please help me with my SIM card problem.
I need to submit the Boron to my client tomorrow.
