Need advice on adding a Boron 404X as a device. I have a batch of 10 and so far the first 4 are unable to connect. I have seen the suggestion not to use the app, so I have moved to this process:

When I get to step 9 I am unable to continue as the devices is continually flashing green
I just got my first one and I am having the same problem. I tried using just the app and the light just stays flashing green and I have had it plugged in for hours. All I have done is plugged in the antenna and powered it up. I don’t even have a battery attached to it.
If you find a solution please let me know,
Hi, I ended up using the “device doctor” through particle and now they are connecting. I hope this helps!
