B404 No Response from NCP

I've got a B404X than I cannot get to connect to a network. I've included a log from Device Dr and from what I've seen on a related post it may be a hardware failure but should I try anything else?

It's probably a hardware failure of the cellular modem. However, what version of Device OS were you running when you captured the log? And have you completely removed the USB, and battery power if you are using it, for at least 30 seconds?

It is on 6.4.1 and yes just tried disconnecting everything and still get the same results

Then it almost certainly is a hardware failure.

I've got a second one that is trying to connect but is stuck in this loop

Could I get the Device ID, ICCID, or Serial Number of the second device? You can send a private message by clicking on my name and selecting Message instead of pasting it here if you prefer. The whole log would be helpful as well.
