Can't Connect To Cellular Anymore

Hello, I've been using a BRN404 for a while and it just stopped working on 5/17/2024 all of a sudden. The light flashes green and never connects. I have tried device doctor several times but it says "It appears that your device connected to the cloud, then got a firmware update that erased the setup firmware. This prevents logs and other diagnostic data from being displayed, but your device should be fully functional."

I have tried another antenna as well.

I do get some logs so hopefully it's helpful to determine what happened.

Unfortunately from the logs this appears to be a hardware failure of the cellular modem module. See TAN004 for more information.

I see it now. Wish I had know about it. It was running off of a lithium battery. The battery stat was ~38% when it stopped working.
